On Friday, an article about Doris Caroline Brown Allen meeting Richard Nixon appeared in the Post-Standard. Yesterday, there was a correction, which explained the article had "mentioned that Allen, a Democrat, was spotted and greeted by Hosmer Culkin, a prominent Oswego city Republican at the time. Unfortunately, the passage described as 'the late' Hosmer Culkin. Mr. Culkin is alive and living in Oswego."
