Jerry's Visit

Jerry came to visit over Labor Day weekend. We had a wonderful time. We worked in the yard, had friends over for a BBQ, picked up railroad ties from a ranch south of San Antonio, and took care of a kitten for our neighbors.

Jerry has taken up surfing in Florida. While I was visiting Mom and Dad Kym and I picked out a new rash guard and board shorts for Jerry to impress all the other surfers.
In the midst of all our activities we did a little makeover. Here is a before picture.

The kitten was really a climber, which was good because she needed to be off the floor so Nola and Capers couldn't bother her.



She was really hungry all the time.
She fit perfectly into the pocket of Grandma Florence's t-shirt dress. As you can see Nola spent the weekend staring at her.
