Click here to read about top searches in many many categories in 2008. In politics, not a lot of surprises, Obama leads in Google.com, Sarah Palin leads Google News, and there were many searches for Joe the Plumber. American Idol beat out Lost, and Superheroes rule in movie trailer searches.
