RIP Dominick Dunne
In my brief side career as a tech person, I set up Dominick Dunne's computer system. He was extremely charming and sweet to me, concerned that the coffee he had just gone out and bought for me had the exact right amount of milk. It's ironic he died on the same day as Ted Kennedy. His obit in the Times.

It was really strange they died the same day, given what seemed to be an obsession with the Kennedys on his part. The part of the obit where it mentions that the family wanted to keep the death quiet so it wouldn't be overshadowed by coverage of Kennedy's death was kind of heart breaking.
